7. Big Mom

Charlotte Lilin popularly renowned as Big Mom is the Captain of the Big Mom Pirates and she is also one of the Emperors of the Sea who rules over the New World.
As giant as she is, she has tremendous physical power capable of destroying a certain territory with ease. Lilin is also the former of the Rocks Pirates who Monkey D. Garp and Gol D. Roger defeated.

Marshall D. Teach is the only person who has the power of two Devil Fruits. He is the only one to survive after wielding two Devil Fruit powers by himself.

13. Aokiji

Aokiji also known as Kuzan is the former Admiral of the Navy. He is one of the powerful marines who fight with Admiral Akinu continuously for 10 days for the position of Fleet Admiral.

Silvers Rayleigh popularly renowned as The Dark King is the right-hand man of the late King of pirates and Vice-Captain of Roger Pirates.

Portgas D. Ace was the Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. He was also the biological son of Gol D. Roger and Portgas D. Rouge. He is also the sworn brother of Luffy and Sabo.
Ace was one of the powerful marines in the sea who proved himself as the most feared pirate. He had amazing physical power and abilities. A very few times after he sailed out to the sea, he became a crew member of the Emperor of the sea.
He had so impressive capability and potential that if he was still alive now, he would’ve already become one of the Emperors. He was enough powerful to be invited to become one of the Warlords of the Sea.
Ace was so tough that he sank a number of battleships when his brother Luffy was trapped by some pirates. He had incredible stamina and power as he fought with Jimbei(Former Warlord of the Sea) continuously for five days.

25. Sabo
Abilities: flame power of the Flame-Flame Fruit and the Dragon Claw Fist technique using his Haki
Sabo is the chief of staff of the Revolutionary Army and is the son of a Noble family in Goa. He is considered the No .2 in the Revolutionary Army trained by Monkey D. Dragon.
He is also the sworn brother of Luffy including the late Portgas D. Ace. Being one of the top officials of the extremely powerful organization, he is surprisingly strong.
Sabo is as strong as the Admiral of the marines. He is a proficient user of Haki as evidenced in the deathmatch at the Dressrosa He was able to overwhelm all the pirates in the Colosseum.
With just four fingers, he was able to destroy the battlefield. He was that powerful without any use of Devil Fruit. Now, as he has the power and abilities of Devil Fruit, he is a complete monster.
Sabo’s power is barely unmatched. He is disgustingly strong which ultimately makes him one of the strongest characters in the One Piece series without any interrogation.
26. Boa Hancock
Abilities: petrify her opponents by shooting rays of hearts at them
Boa Hancock is the Pirate Empress of the Amazon Lily. She is also one of the former members of Warlords of the Sea and Captain of the Kuja Pirates who rules over the Kuja Tribe.
Given the name of Warlord of the Sea once, She is extremely powerful. Her kicks are surprisingly strong that are capable of destroying the boulders.
Hancock also has all three types of Haki and she is proficient in all of them. What makes her the most feared is her Devil Fruit ability. She can turn opponents into stones.
Pirate Empress is capable of defeating most of the pirates in the sea with her impressive skills and capabilities.
Boa Hancock’s exceptional physical power, fatal attacks, swiftness, and durability make her one of the strongest and most powerful pirates on the sea.
27. Crocodile
Abilities: physical stamina, durability, pain tolerance, resilience and endurance, coupled with remarkable speed and reflexes
Crocodile, also known as Desert King is a former member of Seven Warlords of the Sea. He is also the president of the mysterious crime syndicate Baroque works.
He is the most fearsome pirate in the sea. He is pretty strong and capable of defeating many pirates. His physical power is impressive and he also has great durability.
He defeated Luffy 2 times with ease. If Mugiwara Didn’t know he could use water to defeat Crocodile, The Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates wouldn’t be able to overwhelm him.
Crocodile is also one of the MVPs of the Paramount War. He saved Ace from execution, stopped Doflamingo, and saved Whitebeard. He also saved Jinbei and Luffy from getting killed by Akainu.
Crocodile is actually strong. It’s not that he’s weak, he never got to show his power and skill likewise he showed during the Paramount War at Marineford.
Hence, Crocodile is also considered one of the strongest characters in One Piece.
28. Magellan
Abilities: create and control poison
Being the Chief Warden of Impel Down, Magellan is one of the most powerful characters. He has succeeded to impress most of the fans although he is a villain.
He has been tremendously vigorous. He was the main antagonist during the Impel Down Arc.
Magellan is so tough that he never let anyone escape from the prison of Shiki the Lion. However, Monkey D. Luffy was another one to escape because of which Magellan resigned from the position of Chief Warden.
He almost killed Blackbeard with his poison at that time in Impel Down. He also drowned Luffy in poison and almost killed him.
If Ivankov didn’t save Mugiwara with his medical ability at that time, The Captain of the Straw Hats would’ve lost his life.
Magellan is the one who is not to be underestimated. He can be lethal to anyone who faces him. Most of the fans would accept Magellan as one of the strongest since he is way too dangerous.
29. Bartholomew Kuma

Batholomew Kuwa is a former member of Seven Warlords of the Sea. He is also a former member of the Revolutionary Army. He was once feared by all by the name of “Kuma the Tyrant”.
He was so powerful that he could launch attacks with such force that would easily knock out strong pirates like Gladius(member of Donquixote Pirates).
Kuma is one of the most monstrous pirates ever who could cause massive destruction with his powers and abilities. He was so mighty he alone was capable of defeating the pre-time skip, Straw Hats.
Kuma the Tyrant was the one who horribly defeated all the members of the Straw Hats and separated all of them into different directions by himself. He was the most formidable opponent The Straw Hats ever faced throughout their journey.
Not only for Straw Hats but Kuma is also a big threat to most of the infamous pirates in the sea. Thus, he is one of the strongest characters ever in the One Piece series.
30. Marco
Abilities: transforms into a phoenix
Marco is the former First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. He is also popularly known by the name of Marco The Phoenix.
He is one of the most mighty characters who can’t be defeated easily. As he is the second head member of the Whitebeard Pirates, he is obviously hard to handle.
He is at the same level as the Admirals. He is very powerful as we got to witness that he was able to clash with the Admirals of the Navy such as Aokiji and Kizaru.
Marco has the special ability to regenerate his wounds with the help of his Devil fruit power. He has very good physical power and skills. He is capable of defeating Admiral in case of a one-on-one battle.
Marco is powerful enough to hold against the King and Queen who are the first commanders of the Yonko, Kaido. He can also defeat one of them in a battle.
Having the potential to defeat the most perilous pirates on the sea, Marco the Phoenix is also believed to be one of the most strongest characters in the series, One Piece.
