The president of the Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige revealed what movies and shows we will be getting in Phases 5 and 6 of the MCU, and certainly, fans are excited for the Multiverse Saga. Now, Feige has also revealed which film franchise is at the peak of the MCU.
Phase 4 of the MCU ended with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever which was released a few months ago. And Phase 5 will start with a bang in 2023 with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which is one of the most anticipated movies of the Multiverse Saga. Following Ant-Man Vol. 3, in May of next year, we will also get threequel of Guardians of the Galaxy.
And obviously, there are several other films like Deadpool 3 that fans are eager to watch. However, Feige revealed which of these film franchises is at the top of MCU.
The movie franchise which is at its peak
Kevin Feige is full of surprises and he revealed during Marvel Studios’ panel at CCXP 2022 in Brazil that Ant-Man is now at the peak of the MCU. He stated that he really loved the journey of Scott Lang, how a criminal ended up becoming a superhero and saved the world along with other heroes.
He also explained how Ant-Man ended Phase 2 and will be kicking off Phase 5 in a grand way. He said, “I love that the Ant-Man franchise is now at the peak of the MCU and kicking off Phase 5.”
It seems that Marvel will finally rise again as they have been getting negative responses over their newly released movies and shows. Hopefully, Ant-Man will cover up their mistakes up until now, as they have stated that Phase 5 will start off in a massive way.
According to the Ant-Man 3 director Peyton Reed, Quantumania will be the biggest adventure of both Ant-Man and the Wasp. He said, “we’re really, really excited. We’re starting off Phase 5 in a big, big way. This is the biggest adventure that Ant-Man and Wasp have ever gone on.”
Ant-Man is underrated
Although many Marvel fans adore Paul Rudd and his character Ant-Man, we can still say that Ant-Man is one of the most underrated characters, and up until now, the Ant-Man film franchise has not been considered a must-see MCU film franchise, as evidenced by the fact that Ant-Man and its sequel, Ant-Man and the Wasp, are two of Marvel’s lowest-grossing films.
However, the new sequel of the film, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will certainly break the records as both director and Feige has stated that the film will be opening Phase 5 in a massive way. And certainly, the film franchise is also at its peak now. Furthermore, trailer of the film also looks promising.

There may be several reasons why this film is considered to be one of MCU’s biggest but what we think makes it considered one of the biggest is because Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror is going to be in the film, fans are talking about his character all over the internet. It will really be interesting to see Kang in the film, especially because we already know how powerful he is since we’ve watched his variant in Loki.
