Some fan theories have stated how Tony Stark will play his role in the movie. As we all know, Armor Wars, written by David Michelinie and Bob Layton, is the seven-issue Iron Man arc. The story will take place as the highly advanced technology falls into the wrong hands. We might get the chance to see Tony appearing in the movie once again as an AI.
The head writer of the series, Yassir Lester, will be responsible for making the scripts for the movie. The start production had a goal to begin in 2023, but because of the current shifts and announcement, it looks like this are taking a wide turn. With all the twists and turns, it’s unclear when or where the film will take place.
When Cheadle attended the D23, he exposed a big part of the movie, saying, “If you know anything about the lore, and you’ve read the comic books, you understand that it’s a series that was built around Tony’s Stark Tech getting out and Rhodey taking it on to go get this tech back from the bad hands, the bad actors whose hands it is in.”
