The movie, made on the budget of $22 million, grossed $365 million worldwide. Although the critics were not quite well, it became the highest-grossed movie of the series worldwide.

However, Janice, a young girl with polio opens the room. She is attracted to the porcelain doll, also named Annabelle kept in the cupboard. She opens the cupboard and frees the demonic doll. Then strange and eerie things start to happen in the house.

The doll sat in the glass case peacefully until one-day baby sitter’s friend named Daniela examine every item in the artifact room to contact his dead father and left the glass case where Annabelle was placed open.
Annabelle’s spirit got unleashed thus she further release other spirits present in that room on that single night. Ultimately the whole house was terrorized by the spirit.
The movie gained mixed reviews from its critics. It hit over $231 million worldwide against the budget of $32 million.

Now, the curse of the Mexican spirit haunted Anna and her children, Samantha and Chris. This curse turned their life into the worst nightmare. The story focuses on Anna’s struggle to protect her children.
The movie made on a budget of $9 million had grossed $123 million worldwide. The movies didn’t receive positive reviews from critics.

The Conjuring: The devil made me do it also have dermatologist, Ed, and Lorraine Warren as the protagonist. They take the most sensational case of their career.
During an exorcism, Arne invites the devil to enter inside his body instead of David. Ed witnessed the transfer of an evil spirit from David to Arne which leads him to a heart attack and he end up in hospital.
Meanwhile, Arne murders his landlord, Bruno Sauls, by stabbing him to the death. He claims he had killed Bruno under the possession of the Devil. Thus this became the first American murder trial to claim demonic possession as a defense.
Did Arne kill the landlord under the influence of the Devil? How will our paranormal expert deal with this matter? Well, you have to watch the whole movie for this.
Future Movies in the Franchise
We are not done yet with the Conjuring and Annabelle movies, we are still to be thrilled and frightened by the movie. Thankfully, the sequel to Nun is coming. Well, Nun 2 is scheduled to release on September 8, 2023.
